Alexander (Alex) Koch

Alexander (Alex) Koch passed away in the care of Langley Hospice on September 21, 2023. Born November 23, 1930 in Schuler, Alberta to Heinrike (Retta) and Alexander Koch, the fourth of five children. He is survived by his wife Anne Belle Koch as well as his children Dave (Mary) Koch and Lori (Ken) Mijo, grandchildren Marcy Koch, Alex (Andreea) Koch, Erin (Chris) MacCulloch, Scott Mijo and Jeff (Danielle) Mijo-Burch, as well as two great-grandchildren, Arlo Koch and Emery MacCulloch.  He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and a large extended family.

Alex’s family had the opportunity to gather and celebrate his and Anne’s 70th wedding anniversary in August 2023.

Per Alex’s wishes, there will be no commemorative gathering.
