Peter Hennessey

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we inform family and friends of the death of Peter Hennessey, born September 8, 1955 in Windsor, Newfoundland.  Peter peacefully passed away at Richmond Hospital on November 14, 2023.  Peter was a retired lawyer, upon retirement he had developed many interests like carpentry, gardening, computer and music. He was known to be very creative.  He was the handyman of the house and was able to fix anything.  He had a great voice and played excellent guitar.  Peter was the treasure of the family.  Peter was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer after having a seizure at home in February, 2023.  He was looked after by Richmond Hospital and Palliative Pain and Symptom Clinic.  We would like to thank all the doctors, nurses and staff for providing their excellent care to Peter.  Thank you all for providing care at Peter's home while he was too weak to visit your clinic.

Peter, we will always remember how you live your life to the fullest, all your friends and family love you as being most genuine and kind.  You will be forever loved, missed, treasured and remembered.
